How It Works

1. Consultation

Send us photos of your sneakers via Instagram or Tiktok DM.

The more details you provide about the restoration work required, the more accurate our quotation will be.

2. Shipping

Ship your sneakers to our restoration studio in South Korea.

Shipping address will be provided after consultation. Please send us the tracking number after shipment.

3. Payment

Once the sneakers arrive, we will inspect their condition and confirm the final restoration cost with photos.

Restoration begins after payment is completed.
(We accept PayPal A 10% processing fee applies to PayPal payments. , USDT/C for international orders.)

4. Completion

Photos of the completed restoration will be provided before shipment.

After confirmation, your sneakers will be securely packed and shipped back to you.

SERVICES

Cleaning

Deep cleaning of the entire sneaker, inside and out. Insoles and laces are cleaned separately to remove dirt, stains, and bacteria.

  • Standard Cleaning -– General cleaning for most materials
  • Specialized Cleaning - – Treatment for color transfer, yellowing, and stubborn stains
  • ※ All restoration services begin with a thorough cleaning to ensure the best possible results.

Re-Glue Service

Depending on the age and condition of the sneaker, partial or full re-gluing may be required.

  • Partial Re-Glue – Recommended for sneakers less than 5 years old. The scope of repair varies depending on the condition and extent of sole separation.
  • Full Re-Glue– Complete disassembly and re-bonding of the sole unit

Repainting

  • Touch-Up – Minor paint correction
  • Partial Repaint – Restoration of selected areas
  • Full Repaint – Complete repaint after removing damaged paint layers
  • Leather Filler Repair – Repair and repaint damaged leather surfaces

Heel Lining & Padding Repair

Repair of worn or torn heel lining and ankle padding.

Sole Swap

Replacement of worn outsoles or deteriorated midsoles caused by hydrolysis and aging.

Can you accept orders from overseas?

Yes. We provide sneaker restoration services worldwide. Customers can ship their sneakers to South Korea from any country.

How do I place an international order?

Send us a DM or email with photos of your sneakers. After reviewing the condition, we will provide an estimated quotation and shipping instructions.

How is the final price determined?

After receiving the sneakers, we inspect their actual condition and send detailed photos with a final quotation. Restoration work begins only after the quotation is approved and payment is completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

International customers can pay via PayPal. Customers in China may also use Alipay.

How long does restoration take?

Cleaning & Sole Protection: Within 7 Days
Repainting, Touch-Up & Partial Re-Glue: Within 15 Days
Full Re-Glue & Sole Swap: Within 25 Days

Can every sneaker be restored?

Not always. Some sneakers may have severe material deterioration, hydrolysis, or structural damage that makes restoration impossible or impractical. We will honestly assess the condition before accepting the project.

Do you use original replacement parts?

Most vintage sneakers no longer have factory replacement parts available. When necessary, donor parts, custom-fabricated components, or compatible materials may be used.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. Full Re-Glue services include a 3-Year Warranty against workmanship-related bond failure.

What is covered by the warranty?

If sole separation occurs due to our workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair the affected area free of charge.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, hydrolysis, material aging, and deterioration of original sneaker components are not covered.

Who is responsible for shipping costs for warranty service?

For international customers, shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. However, each case will be reviewed individually, and we will always do our best to provide a fair and reasonable solution.
